A £25 breakage deposit is required, and the system handles the payment flow including the refundable £5 key deposit. Commercial bookings require 4 weeks advance payment and proof of public liability insurance — conditions captured and enforced through the booking workflow. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at the full rate, and the system communicates these terms clearly before confirming any booking.

The What's On section gives the hall a proper community programme platform — each event has its own page with a poster image, start and end time, room location, ticket price, and full description. Events are added and managed through the WordPress admin by the hall committee, with no developer involvement required to keep the programme up to date.

The Book Tickets system links directly to the What's On listing. Attendees can purchase tickets for specific events online — reducing cash handling on the door, giving the committee advance attendee numbers for planning, and providing the hall with a clean digital record of ticket sales per event.

The Spin Cycle facility — a dedicated fitness studio within the hall — has its own booking pathway and its own risk assessment documentation linked from the booking page. The system treats it as a distinct bookable space with its own rules and pricing, sitting alongside the Main Hall and Meeting Room within the same unified booking platform.
