Every quoted price is fixed against a written specification agreed before we start. The following are included as standard in every web design project — not as optional extras charged separately.

Daily backups — automated offsite backup.
Your own your custom-built website — the code, the database, the content. Hosting and maintenance starts from £25 per month or £250 per year, covering hosting, plugin updates, and software updates. Some third-party plugins may carry separate licence fees.

Pricing — Frequently Asked Questions
Fixed — every time. We produce a written specification before quoting, and the price is fixed against that specification. No day rates, no scope creep on your invoice. If you want to add something after the spec is agreed, we quote it separately before implementing it.
No — prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT at the current rate will be added to invoices where applicable.
Yes — for larger projects we can discuss a deposit-and-balance payment structure. Typically 50% on specification sign-off and 50% on completion. Contact us to discuss payment terms for your specific project.
£300/month covers the minimum viable local SEO programme — Google Business Profile management, citation maintenance, review generation support, and monthly ranking reports. More comprehensive programmes covering content creation, link building, and multiple location pages are priced higher based on the scope of work. We discuss scope and set a fixed monthly retainer before starting.
Our SEO retainers are month-to-month — we do not require long-term contracts and do not offer discounts for them. We earn your continued business through results. For web design projects, pricing is fixed per project regardless of whether we have an ongoing relationship.
